Beer brewing process
The brewhouse system are the vessels for the process of mashing.
After the malt is crushed, it should be transferred into the mash/lauter tun to dissolve the substances in the malt. The crushed malt is then mixed with the brewing water and heated.The insoluble substances in the mash are separated from the liquid in the lautering tun. The husks and other matter sink to the sieve base. They form spent grains cake, which is a natural filter.
Wort boiling is a fundamental step in the production of premium-quality beer. Hops are added to the wort and boils the mixture in the kettle. Then it will be drain out in the whirlpool tank.
