In the first case the processing is done in small batches loading predefined quantities of raw material into the still, while in the second case the raw material is continuously introduced into the plant allowing to process larger volumes. With multi-section towers, the degree of alcohol can reach 95% alcohol degree, ensuring the purity of the liquor.
