Fill the fermentation container with cold water, transfer the hot wort to the container and check its temperature until it drops below 75 degrees. This process can be accelerated by placing the fermenter on a low-temperature environmental dike.
At a temperature of 75 degrees, yeast is added to secure the airtight cover on the fermentor. Generally one to three days after sealing, the fermentation process lasts one to two weeks, depending on the type of beer. The process of using craft beer equipment requires 30 to 60 minutes, and the total brewing time is 150 to 225 minutes. The degree of carbonation of fermented beer is not high. Therefore, it is required to use fermentable sugar and perfusion before bottling. The yeast releases carbon dioxide. A fully carbonated beer is formed.
Then the beer is packaged.
