800 cans/hour Beer Canning Line for Craft Beer Packaging
Product Description
Beer Canning Line Product Introduction
The 800 cans/hour beer canning line is a fully automatic can filling and sealing system specifically developed for microbreweries and small-scale beverage producers. It combines rinsing, CO2 pre-purging, isobaric filling, and seaming into one integrated unit. Built with sanitary-grade materials and controlled by a PLC system, it ensures consistent product quality and hygienic processing. This equipment addresses space limitations and efficiency challenges in small breweries, enabling stable and precise canning operations. It is suitable for breweries, beverage startups, and small-scale producers seeking reliable, compact, and automated beer canning solutions.
Working Principle
The process begins by placing cans onto the sorting table, followed by pressing the start button in automatic mode. Cans move into the rinsing station for cleaning, then proceed to the CO2 pre-purging station, where air is replaced with CO2 to reduce oxygen exposure. Next, cans enter the filling station, where isobaric filling is performed with synchronized valve control. After filling, cans move to the lid dropping station, followed by the seaming station for secure sealing. Finally, the completed cans pass through the spray station and are discharged for further packaging.
