An insulated 7 bbl mash tun with Rakes and Plow is a great option the brewpub or brewery looking to make precision beer for on-site consumption, and perhaps a little more. Insulation has the dual benefits of precise temperature control and safety.  The dome top comes high standard with a hydrator along with sparge ball.

With the rakes and false bottom allow for a mash bed while still allowing a clear transfer of wort and remaining sugars to the brew kettle. When the mashing is complete the manway in conjunction with the plow allows for easy removal of spent grains.
