Details of brewhouse
Three heating method
1.Electric heating: The equipment is heated by electric heating pipes. (Electric heating is not recommended for equipment over 1 ton)
2. Steam heating: The equipment is equipped with a steam jacket and a steam boiler is also provided. (Steam boiler: electric boiler, diesel boiler, gas boiler.)
3. Direct fire heating: There is a boiler under the saccharification equipment to burn gas or coal. Now the direct fire heating equipment mainly burns gas. In foreign countries, the price of steam generators is extremely high, in order to reduce equipment purchases instead of direct fire heating.
Additional system
Mill: Malt crushing equipment used disc type mill or roller mill.The size of particle can be adjusted
Yeast propagation system: This system can realize the zero generation of yeast to expand training, and cultivate a purebred yeast, robust.
Cleaning and tiltering system: CIP mobile washing disinfection system, automaticalty clean and remove residues, it can prevent microbial contamination, and avoid the influence between batches.
