The DGET brewery equipment used for brewing craft beer has two tuns. One of them has been designed specifically for mashing and lautering, while the other is in charge of brewing and the whirlpool.

Brewery system include mash mixer, lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool tank. Other accessories generally include plate heat exchanger, work platform, yeast add vessel, wort aeration, wort grant and mash pumps, etc.

 

Mash mixer and lauter tun in welded construction with dished top head, cylindrical tun with a conical bottom; All welding is done automatically under protection-gas atmosphere, made of 304 stainless steel. 

Kettle/whirlpool  tun with dished top and conical bottom, all welding seams welded under a gas atmosphere; inside properly ground, made of 304 stainless steel. Inside finish, #2B; External finish, #4; Insides welds, grounded, removed and polished to #4; Outside welds, clean with heat stain removed. 3mm inner sheel, 1.5mm dimple jacket, 75mm mineral wool insulation and 2mm cladding.

 

Two step plate heat exchanger. The plate heat exchanger is designed for cooling hot wort of 98°C to app. 15°C in the first step by using cooling water of max 15°C , which heats up to 80°C. In the second step the wort will be cooled to pitching temperature of 6°C by using glycol of -3°C or ice water of 0°C.

Wort aeration device is for sterile aeration of the cooled wort before fermentation to ensure a flotation process and sufficient oxygen for good fermentation, which is the base for high quality beers.

 

Yeast add vessel, there are two handles on the side cylinder for convenient moving, depend on the compressed air to enter the pipe between plate heat exchanger and fermenter, also can be moved to the pipe near each fermenter for yeast adding.

 

The work platform is thought as a construction with which the all vessels can be assembled completely in our works and tested before delivery and also for transportation and installation of the plant.

We offers a wide array of fermenters(fermentation) and brite tanks(maturation)  tanks that are designed accordingly to our customers’ specifications  and their needs. Our fermenter and brite tanks come in three different  generalized builds (customizable tanks are also available): single wall,  un-jacketed and jacketed. All of our tanks can be pressurized (unless  otherwise requested) and the fermenters have an added bonus of  functioning as both a fermenter and BBT tank.
