brewhouse arrangement: mash/kettle + lauter/whirlpool on platform, plus HLT-1000L

 

500L – 2 vessel brewhouse specification:

Central control panel

Through this control panel brewmaster can see/control brewing process temperatures, control all pumps and mixers.

Principally, only valves are opened/closed manually but it’s not much labour and you have a very easy access to everything, very easy and comfortable operation.

 

 

 2 or 3 vessel brewhouse available 

 MASH / KETTLE Vessel 5HL (500L) 

Insulated jacketed (double-walled) cylindrical vertical stainless-steel vessel with 4 adjustable legs. This vessel performs 2 functions – mashing and wort-boiling. Mash/Kettle vessel is equipped with central agitator (mixer) with drive placed in the top dished-head (dome).

 

Mash/Kettle heating is performed by 2 independent welded steam-jackets. Vent-chimneys equipped with regulation shutter exhaust steam to outer space or to steam-condenser. Top glass-Manway, sprayball input are placed in the dished head (dome).

 

 LAUTER TUN / WHIRLPOOL vessel 5HL (500L) 

Insulated jacketed (double-walled) cylindrical vertical stainless-steel vessel with 4 adjustable legs. This vessel performs lautering function. Lauter Tun is equipped with central mixer with stirring rakes and grain-out. Grain-out process is semiautomatic and is performed to Lauter Tun’s side over the lautering screen – depending on brewery layout.

Glass-Manway, CIP-sprayball input, and light are placed in the dished head (dome).

 

 HLT – Hot water tank 1000L (10HL) 

Actualy HLT is not counted as brewhouse vessel, so even with HLT, this is still 2 vessel brewhouse.

HLT is insulated vertical non-pressure stainless steel vessel equipped with steam-heated spiral and temperature indicator.
