The 500L beer brewing system is designed as a brewing room with 2-vessel, namely Mash tun / Lauter tun, Kettle / Whirlpool tun and hot water tank. It used to sell well in restaurants and bars etc.

The 500L brewing equipment made by DEGONG can brew many types of beer. For example: bright beer, brown beer,stout and so on. The color of beer changes according to the color of malt.

For 500L brewery equipment, we recommend mash/lauter tun + boiling/whirlpool tun + hot water tank. But it can be also combined, as follows:

Mash/Lauter tun+boiling/whirlpool tun+hot water tank

Mash/Lauter tun/whirlpool tank+boiling Tun

Mash/Lauter tun/hot water Tank +boiling/whirlpool tun

Other combinations are available to meet your specific requirements.



500L brewhouse unit details

Material: stainless steel 304

Heating method: steam heating or electric heating

Mash/lauter tun: raker with ABB motor,spent grains hatch, false bottom,temperature sensor,sparage ring and 360 spray cleaning ball

Boiling/whirlpool tun: Siemens VFD motor for agitator

Hot water tank:steam jacket or electric heating pipe,temperature sensor,360 spray cleaning ball.

The preparation of wort process:

1-Malt is ground in the mill machine.

2-The grist is manually introduced through the access hatch

3-In the mash/lauter tun, the grist is mixed with brewing water from hot water tank to form the mash. The wort is separated from the solids.

4-Boiling tun is used for wort boiling.(adding hops)

5-Whirlpool is created by circulating the wort.

Accessories: PHE(plate heat exchanger), operation platform, hot water pump, wort pump and sight glass.
