20HL beer brewing equipment installed in Ireland for commercial Turnkey Breweries
Product Description
Turnkey breweries description
Turnkey Breweries are comprised of several key pieces of beer brewing equipment. The mash tun, lauter tun, brew kettle, and whirlpool, in the hands of a skilled brewmaster, convert grain that has been milled through a specialty grain mill, into a sweet liquid called “wort”. Wort is then fermented and finished in specialized beer tanks called fermenters, lagering tanks and brite tanks.
Brewhouse:
20HL BREWHOUSE platform
Functional tanks
1. Mashing tank / Wort boiling tank – Multifunction vessel equipped with steam jacket and stirrer for the mashing of malt grains in watert and for the boiling of wort with hops.
2. Filtering tank – the tank wit special sieve to separation of malt rests from wort before boiling wort with hops. This tank is used also for temporary storage part of mash during the decoction mash boiling process.
3. Whirlpool tank – tank equipped with a tangential inlet for centrifugal separation of solid hop rests from wort. This tank is positioned under the filtering tank.
Other functional parts :
Working platform with stairs for easy access to the tanks and all control elements
Pipe system with a centrifugal pump and manually and pneumatically controlled valves, flow-through pipe element with sight glass
Heating system for mashing and boiling of wort based on hot steam as a heat transfering medium with external steam generator
Integrated wort cooler (optional accessory)
Electric system for measuring and manual or automatic control of the wort brewing process
Control panel with touch display
Condenser of of vapors from the wort brewing process with the ventilator and regulation (optional accessory)
Lift mechanism of the stirrer in the filtering tank (optional accessory)
Cylindrical-conical tanks:
Complete set for the fermentation and maturation of beer. This set includes all equipment necessary for professional production of beer using the fermentation and maturation of wort produced before by the brewhouse.

Safety valve – double-acting overpressure and vacuum protection safety valve
Thermometer socket – welded socket for inserting of thermosensor or thermometer (one or more according type of the tank)
Manometer – It is included in the set of the adjustable pressure valve. Made of stainless steel
Filling level indicator – cleanable and sanitizable glass pipe for visualization of product level in the tank
Adjustable feet –4 legs with rubber feet for accurate adjusting of the tank on an uneven floor
Turnkey breweries, along with other key pieces of brewing equipment, vary in capacity, features, and complexity, but all brewhouses share the need to wet grain, separate the wort from the grain, and boil the wort with a heating source. The three most common brewhouse heating sources are:Steam/Indirect Fire/Electric
