Combined mash mixer/lauter tun tank (MM-LT), used for mashing and separating the wort from the insoluble parts of the mash (lautering).
Temperature control: Heating zones on tank bottom and jacket (laser welded double jacket). Separate heating regulation for bottom and jacket.
Insulation: Stone wool, welded jacket

External visible surface is brushed. Brushing leads to a uniform and aesthetic surface quality.
Internal product contact surface is a smooth, bright surface without further treatment.
Mixing rakes with stepless speed control (variable frequency drive) via the control panel. Rotation in both directions, outer paddles equipped with engraved liter scale.
