Beer fermentation tank

Fermentation tanks are made by SUS304 Stainless Steel. They are cylindrical cone bottom tank, the cone is 54-72 degree.Their externals are made by 2B stainless steel drawing board, connected by welding. Their internals have a protective film by pickling passivation, and equipped with 80mm polyurethane insulation.The tanks with dimple plate on cone and side, they are cooled by glycol water or alcohol water. Single tank, single control.

 

Glycol cooling system

DEGONG can offer you both cooling systems for cold rooms and glycol cooling systems in various sizes to meet the requirements of your brewery. The glycol cooling system includes stainless steel insulated ice water tank, chiller with freon as refrigerant and glycol water recycle piping. The ice water tank is used to contain the liquid mixed with city water and glycol which freezing point will be as low as 5 to 7 degree below zero.
