Our brewery equipment allows brewing beer of all styles. According to your wishes 1000L equipment may be produced in two variants – restaurant type or industrial type.

Brewhouse system:

2 vessels construction(Mash/lauter tank,boiling/whirlpool tank add HWT)

 

Brewhouse system mainly includes mash tun,lauter tank,brew kettle,whirlpool tank,pipeline,pumps and platform.There are various brewhouse combinations for different brewers and brewing tecnologies from different countries.

 

Main equipment: Mash tun,Lauter tank,Brew kettle,Whirlpool tank

Optional: Hot water tank;Boiler(if steam heating is required)

Materials: SUS304 Stainless steel, Red copper

Capacity: 1000L  per batch

Heating way: Direct fire,Electric,Steam boiler

Insulation: 100mm Polyurethane

Interior finish: 0.4 um without dead corner

Function: Making grain ingredient convert to pure wort

Fermenting system:

The material of the fermentation tank are adopted 304 stainless steel.  we can do red copper or stainless steel tank according to your request. Use polyurethane to keep warm.

1. Racking arm

After accepting many Customer's advice, we improve to the following kind of Rotating Racking Arm.

It can rotate to drain out the beer and reduce the yeast stuck.

 

2. Manhole

We Equip embedded shadowless manhole with fermenter, which makes them have a good insulation.

 

3. Mechanical pressure relief valve   

We use Mechanical pressure relief valve, it will be auto control pressure in fermenter to protect the tanks.

 

4. Cooling jacket

Same with steam jacket, use dimple jacket, it will expand cooling ares and makes better cooling effect.
