Conical fermentation tank feature

1. The inner of the fermentation tank are adopted good quality stainless steel. Use polyurethane to keep warm.The outside scarskin is according to the customer's requirement. You can zhoode stainless steel polishing, Carcon steel, spray finishing and so on.

2. Adopt the international standard of fermentation technology, on line database inspection and monitoring technology.The inner surface of the tank is mirror-polished.

3. The cooling jacket can achieve all countries' standard, supply miller, arch, corrugated plate and so on.Meet all kinds of demand of cooling technology of coolant and pressure.

Fermentation tank details

• Four stainless steel legs, with feet for leveling and height adjustment, base plate with two holes for fixing to the floor; with reinforcements between the legs.

 

Fermenting system

Function: Used for keep wort fermentation or maturation.

Component: It is consisted of manhole, mechanical regulator valve, sample valve, pressure gage, rotating racking arm, butterfly valve, solenoid valve and etc. 

Capacity: 10bbl ( brew beer once a day, to fill all the beer into one tank).

20bbl ( brew beer twice a day, to fill all the beer into one tank).

Cooling method: dimple plate or glycol cooling jacket both bottom and top.

Cooling media: Complete stainless steel pipeline for cooling between glycol water tank and fermentation tank.

Design pressure is 0.3MPa; Working pressure is 0.15MPa. (standard design, MPa can be customized).

Bright beer tank feature

1. Adopted the scientific technology to keep pressure, cooling, there is also a jacket in the cone to low the temperature. Realized lowing the temperature rapidly, lowering the part, lowing the cone.

2. Perfect cleaning condition, secientific design of the tank, head and the cone. Ensure the CO₂ supply, low temperature of the beer, cleaning of the tank.Ensure the tank is connected and shares with the CIP system, ice water, temperature control.

Glycol cooling system

Function: Used for cooling wort in heat exchanger when it finished the mashing in brewhouse, and cooling wort in fermentation tank in the fermenting period.

Component: Ice water tank, solenoid valve, glycol water ump, stainless pipeline and etc.

Cooling method: Two stage cooling (Glycol water and tap water work cooling).

Control method: Automatically by PLC controller cabinet.
