Bright beer tank brief introduce

Hot sale stainless steel 500-10000L bright beer tank for beer conditioning and maturation are often also called Brite beer tanks, serving tanks, bright beer tanks (=BBTs) or maturation or conditioning tanks. These tanks are used for the storage of the beer prior to being served or packaged. Depending on their application the beer serving tanks can be glycol jacketed or can be located in a cold room. For brewpubs serving is often done by pumping or pressurizing the beer toward the serving location.

Function: After fermenting, beer will be stored in BBT for carbonation and serving.

Component: It is consisted of Shadowless manhole, Mechnical relief valve, Aseptic valve, Pressure gauge, spunding valve, Butterfly valve, Solenoid valve and so on.

Capacity: effective volume is 100L-30000L, 1BBL-300BBL

Cooling method: dimple plate or glycol cooling jacket around tank.

Cooling media: glycol water

Design pressure is 0.3MPa; Working pressure is 0.15MPa.( Our standard design, MPa can be customized).

Beer serving tank also named beer mature tank, normally it is single wall, and placed in the cold room for cooling.

Component: It is consisted of Shadowless manhole, dish heads on two side, Mechanical relief valve, Aseptic valve, Pressure gage, Butterfly valve, carbonation stone and etc.
